Primary Care
Day-to-day healthcare given by Flex 4 Medical which includes but is not limited to health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, and diagnosis and treatment.
HIV Test and Treat Program
We offer testing and subsequent treatment of sexually transmitted infections, and infections that are not sexually transmitted
Physicals
We offer Work, DOT, and Immigration physicals.
Screenings & Treatments
Flex 4 Medical Center offers Women’s Health, Virus, and Drug Screenings. If treatment is necessary we provide the necessary treatment if available.
